Itinerary
- Pickup in Ollantaytambo (7:00 a.m.)
- Meeting point at the Plaza de Armas in Ollantaytambo or at your hotel.
- Transfer by tourist vehicle to the community of Willoq (approximately 1 hour).
- Traditional Welcome in Willoq (8:00 a.m.)
- Welcome with Andean music and traditional clothing.
- Brief welcome ceremony performed by the community members, with coca leaves and an offering to Pachamama.
- Community Activities (9:00 a.m.)
- Ancestral Textiles
- Demonstration of weaving on traditional looms.
- Participation in the spinning and dyeing process with natural dyes.
- Opportunity to purchase textiles directly from the artisans.
- Traditional Agriculture
- Experience planting and harvesting traditional crops such as potatoes, corn, and quinoa.
