Itinerary
Welcome to a tour that combines the majesty of Machu Picchu with the beauty of the Sacred Valley. Immerse yourself in the cultural richness and impressive landscapes of this unforgettable experience.
DAY 1: EXCURSION TO THE SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS
After breakfast, we pick you up from your hotel to take a full-day excursion to the “Sacred Valley of the Incas.” Visit to the picturesque town of Pisac and its colorful Craft Fair.
At noon we will have a buffet lunch in a tourist restaurant.
In the afternoon we continue the tour to the Inca Town and Fortress of Ollantaytambo, a gigantic administrative, agricultural, civil, military and religious complex, from the time of Tawantinsuyo.
At night at approximately 7:00 p.m., we board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes, where our representative will be waiting to accommodate you at the Hotel.
At approximately 9:00 p.m., our Guide will place you at the Hotel to give you instructions for the excursion to Machupicchu the next day.
DAY 2: EXCURSION TO MACHUPICCHU
After breakfast and at approximately 6.00 am, we take the bus to ascend 400 m. Tall; along a zigzagging path and for 30 minutes until you reach the incredible wonder of the World “The Sanctuary of Machupicchu”, known as “The Lost City of the Incas”. Where we can enjoy the sunrise in Machupicchu.
At the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, we will begin our guided excursion, visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sundial, the royal rooms, the temple of the Three Windows and the cemeteries. The tour lasts approximately two hours.
Then you will be given free time to take a walk around the citadel.
Immediately we will take the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can eat your food in one of the various restaurants in the town.
RETURN TO CUSCO
In the afternoon/evening we will take the return train to the town of Poroy, (depending on the departure time of your train) the return will follow the same route as the outward trip and upon arriving at the train station, we will be waiting to transport them to the City of Cusco.
